Non-specials Items
UNbags.com will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund(except
postage) for all non-Specials and non-coupon items received within 90
days of when the items were received, provided the items are unworn,
unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects.For
exchanges, you may still return the item within 90 days of when you
received the item,and we will send out the exchanged item to you of
when we receive the privious item you sent back. Overnight shipping
charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you
must notify us within 60 days of receiving the product to be eligible
for a return,and keep the items unworn, unwashed, with all original
tags attached, and free of defects. If you do not follow this policy,
we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
